Regarding the scan results, if the scanned output differs from the actual number (e.g., extra characters appearing at the front), the barcode itself is the issue, not the quality or scanning capability of the scanner. Tera scanners can be modified with a setting code to hide the extra characters; please refer to the manual or consult us for details.

The upgraded Tera L5100Y boasts several ergonomic design elements. The scanner handle is extended by 0.3 inches (8mm) and thickened, along with a specially designed curve, making it much more comfortable for US customers to hold for extended periods. The trigger is designed to be smooth and flat for a better grip feeling.

The orange anti-shock silicone provides complete protection for your scanner, avoiding collision damage or breakage when it falls off your desk or shelf. IP54 technology protects the scanner from dust.

The scanner supports extended functions, such as adding or hiding characters, adding prefix and suffix, and more. It also supports 25 languages, including English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Japanese. To ensure correct output, make sure the scanner's keyboard language is consistent with your computer's keyboard language. The factory default language is English.

The scanner offers two scanning modes: key trigger mode and continuous mode.
