The Wireless and USB 2.0 cable wired barcode scanner is easy to use, requiring no driver or app. The simple and easy installation process involves inserting the wireless dongle or the data cable into a computer and following the steps outlined in the user manual. No training is necessary as the scanner is ready for use right out of the box.

The scanner offers two working modes: Instant upload mode and storage mode. In the instant upload mode, scanned barcodes are immediately uploaded to the user's device. In the storage mode, scanned barcodes are stored in the scanner's built-in memory, allowing users to scan barcodes even when outside the wireless signal range.

For quick scanning, the scanner supports an auto continuous scan mode, where users can set up a continuous automatic scan mode without needing to press the trigger button. However, it is suggested to extend the scanner's sleep time/awake time when using this mode.

The scanner supports multiple keyboard languages, including US, UK, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese. Additionally, it offers various settings such as uppercase/lowercase, prefix or suffix, character hiding, volume adjustment, and the ability to identify barcode types.

The scanner is compatible with a wide range of 1D printed barcodes, including Code 39, UPC-A/UPC-E (including Complement Code), EAN13, EAN8, Code 93, Code 128, Codabar, Industrial/Interleaved 2 of 5, MSI, Code11, ISBN/ISSN, and Matrix 2 of 5.
